友谊慈善会（FCA）是一个服务于捐助者和受助者之间的非政府非营利性机构。它于2008年10月在中国青海省海南藏族自治州贵南县的民政局注册成立。FCA根据中国法律注册成立，理事会由50个成员组成，其中包括2个理事长, 7个常务理事和4个当地政府顾问委员。

Friendship Charity Association (FCA) is a non-governmental, non-profit organization serving as a bridge between donors and local communities. It was registered with the Civil Affairs Bureau, Guinan County, Hainan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province, PR China in October 2008.
